-- A bit of History --

In Late July of 2006 the Silver Moon chantry has been completely obliterated by forces unknown. All staff members present at the time died horrific fates, many are still unaccounted for. Members from all factions are invited to a gathering to discuss reconstruction and next steps. Among the M.I.A. are; Natasha Raile, Pete Smithson, Sirus Moorehead, Jacuqes Sefran, Nora Trott and Myra Whorton.

To assist with the reconstruction Senior Professor, and Chantry Master Gray Stone (USA), has put forth a large sum of funds. His only request is that the new Chantry caters to all traditions and follows in the footsteps of it's predecessor. Mr Stone has been quoted as saying, "I'd love to personally oversee construction but my skills with a hammer are not so good anymore.". He has also mentioned a need to tend to matters which were 'highly classified' and of 'grave importance' although Jack Loper, a student of Mr. Stone, has been assuring people that he will come back soon enough.

On the London front, the awakened have been noticing abnormal energy patterns from unknown sources. Members of the awakened populous have reported strange 'pinging' sensation which are defiantly supernatural. Occurring randomly and without warning, the so-called 'pings' are too short to formulate any substantial opinions. The best that anyone has described them is "electrical". Beyond that nothing is known.

A final point of interest is in the words 'Lucielle Faire', which can sometimes be found scrawled on slips of paper, sidewalks, and other commonly used mediums of communication. There have been unconfirmed reports that the word's seem to "melt away" into nothingness after only a few seconds of existence.

Tradition Chair Positions will remain open until the official start of the Chat. At which time traditions which are un-represented (including Hollow Ones) will be forwarded to Cassandra, as thier mentor. Senior Professor, and Chantry Master Gray Stone of the United States has put forth a large sum of funds to assist in the process of reconstruction. His absence is only due to important and highly classified matters.
