Generation spending is limited to 9th Gen, this does not mean I am going to allow every character I sanction be 9th Gen. Creating an American Nazi swat team member that is 9th gen and has a history of character build up is a good example of how to get us to say NO! For a start, England DOES NOT HAVE a swat team.

Please list your specialities at creation, There is a space for it on the sheets! No Disciplines starting at Level 3 at creation without a bloody good reason. You may only have ONE Character per venue. That means that if you create a Camarilla Vampire, you cannot create an independent Vampire unless your Campire dies or you retire it.

For out of clan disciplines please speak to me as it depends on what you want and your reasons behind it. Characters have access to the Disciplines listed under their chosen clan. The maximum level of starting Disciplines is capped at 2.

I do not want to see countless characters coming through to me with resources 4/5 etc. If your character is rich they will have to work for it IC. You have to have a damned good background for me to even -think- about letting resources 4 happen on a starting character.

Each and every single character will need to have a thought out background before they will be sanctioned for play. I am not asking for a thousand-word essay, but just an idea of who and what your character was before they came to this point in their unlife. In some respects, if you can do this before starting to allocate points to your character, you will find the whole process a lot easier. This is to help us create personal plot for your character, So try to give us as much detail as you can think of. .
